An Old Beauty is New Again at Saba Botanical
When we think of the beauty of the tropics, flowers usually paint a vivid picture in our mind’s eye. The hibiscus flower is one that has been highly admired for its beauty for centuries. It is used as a hair decoration for young girls and women of all ages; also, as an ornament in the home and numerous places all over the tropics.
Beautiful Flower
Hibiscus rosa-sinensis, more commonly known as the Chinese hibiscus, China rose and Shoe flower, is an evergreen flowering shrub native to East Asia.
The flowers are large, generally red in the original varieties, and firm, but generally lack any scent. Numerous varieties and hybrids are available, with flower colors ranging from white through yellow and orange to scarlet and shades of pink, (and some reds so dark they appear to be black). Flowers have both single and double sets of petals.*
Beautiful Locations
The Hibiscus rosa-sinensis is the national flower of Malaysia. According to the American Hibiscus Society, this is the tropical hibiscus that is the state flower of Hawai’i and is regularly observed by and presented to tourists visiting the US state. Another Hawaiian hibiscus fact: there are seven known species of hibiscus regarded as native to Hawai’i.
Beautiful Hair Growth
In many parts of Asia, in addition to being used for medicinal purposes, Hibiscus rosa-sinensis is still used to stimulate thicker hair growth, prevent hair loss and scalp disorders, prevent pre-mature gray and help retain natural color of hair. It acts as a natural emollient hair conditioner and can be used in mild shampoo and hair treatments.

A reposted testimonial about Lustrous Henna® All Natural Hair Color Dye.
I'm a 54 yrs. old"natural" brunette and LOVE Lustrous Henna and their wonderful customer service with Syed.
A few months ago I was diagnosed with Lymphoma at Mayo Clinic with follow up 3 mos. visits to a Hematologist, blood specialist there. I then began to think about changing some of my lifestyle habits and a NATURAL Hair Color was an easy one to change. I am not on chemo since my Dr. says my own immune system is trying to fight this cancer. Chemo kills the good & the bad, therefore I'm thankful I do still have my hair at this time.
My friend introduced me to Lustrous Henna when I complemented her hair. I didn't even know she used any type of color on it, because it looked so natural. She ordered my first time with her order,to try it out. So I have twice now, due to shorter hair.So glad I heard about this henna from her!
I am thankful for the Lustrous Henna's shorter process time compared to others that require an extremely longer process and it leaves my hair in much, much better condition than when I did salon color.
My single priority, due to my health issue,is that it's safe, plus it looks and feels so natural and healthy. I can't say enough good about it.
It was my pleasure to visit with Syed a few days ago about Lustrous Henna. His patience and very informative manner is so helpful and refreshing. He is an asset to Lustrous Henna products. He helped me a great deal with tips on how to tone the gray as it grows in from my root line.
I sincerely thank you, Syed and Lustrous Henna for the difference you have made in my life.
I'll be ordering again soon.
Warmest Regards,
Twyla Ring
