I had a horrible experience with the over-the-counter hair dye that contained PPD (extremely allergic to them). I have tested several of them and I ended in at the Doctor’s office couple of times with the fear of never being able to cover my grey. “I want to thank you for sending my order to Australia so promptly! I was truly amazed to receive it within 10 days of my daughter ordering it. It was opened by Australian customs for checking but sent on with no disruption to the product except for opening of packets to check.
I have had many bouts of severe allergies to chemical dyes, with infections, my hair falling out, skin off my scalp and severe rashes and skin infections. After several doctors and skin specialists diagnosing me with everything from scabies to excema, I finally had skin tests which showed an allergy to PPD's in hair dye.
I have done a patch test and strand test and have sucessfully coloured my hair using Lustrous Henna. I am over the moon with the results and can't thank you enough for the discovery that I made of your website when I was searching for alternatives. I've tried other Hennas with no great effect , messy and leaving a red tinge. Your product is brilliant to assemble, easy to use and with fantastic results.
