Black Pepper (seeds or powder) has been used to get rid of dandruff and promote hair growth. Hair mask: just a pinch of powder is usually mixed in with yogurt, curds or warmed coconut oil and olive with a teaspoon of lemon juice; the mixture is very gently massaged into the scalp and left overnight twice a week. Be extremely careful when applying this mixture; too much pepper can burn the scalp; also, stay away from the eyes.
Cayenne Pepper contains high amounts of capsaicin that actually stimulates the hair follicles and scalp, thus promoting optimal hair growth. The blood flow from the roots is increased and adds volume and radiant shine to the hair. Be extremely careful when applying this mixture; too much pepper can burn the scalp; also, stay away from the eyes.

Tip: To help strengthen your hair and fight dandruff, add the juice of curry leaves to about ¼ to ½ cup (50-100 ml) of coconut oil. Heat this oil till it turns blackish and apply it to your scalp regularly.

It corrects disordered process of nutrition and restores the normal function of the system. It is a carminative, antiseptic, a great anti-flatulent, blood purifier and expectorant.’
Tumeric can be consumed as in foods as a seasoning or by itself (if you dare). However, many simply make turmeric tea: Add a tablespoon of turmeric powder in 4 cups of boiling water; Steep for 10 minutes. Strain with a fine strainer; then mix with honey and lemon.
Turmeric is also that spice that makes curries yellow. It is well known as an ingredient in curries. So, eat up!
